On January 26, 2022, the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Malaysia His Excellency Ardasher Qodiri has met with Dr. Ahmad Idham Ahmad Nadzri, Cultural Secretary to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia.

During the meeting, the parties discussed cultural ties between the two countries and stressed the importance of cooperation in the field of culture and art. Meanwhile, the sides agreed to work out the possibilities of holding a cinema week in each other’s countries as a first step towards strengthening cooperation in this direction.

Both parties expressed their willingness to develop cooperation for mutual benefit and stressed the importance of joint efforts for strengthening collaboration in the future.
