On May 23, 2022, the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Malaysia, Republic of Indonesia, Kingdom of Thailand and the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Tajikistan to UNESCAP with residence in Kuala Lumpur, Mr. Ardasher Qodiri met with the Deputy Chairman for investment cooperation of the Ministry of Investment of the Republic of Indonesia Dr. Riyatno, SH, LL.M.
At the meeting, the parties exchanged views on investment and economic relations between the two countries and discussed the expansion of the investment cooperation in the field of industry, infrastructure, services and tourism. The sides were agreed to organize joint events on exploring investment opportunities between Tajikistan and Indonesia.
The sides expressed their willingness to develop investment cooperation for mutual benefit and stressed the importance of joint efforts for strengthening collaboration in the future.
