On February 23, 2023 Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Malaysia, Republic of Indonesia, Kingdom of Thailand and the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Tajikistan to UNESCAP with residence in Kuala Lumpur Mr. Ardasher Qodiri met with the President of Federation of Sabah Industries (FSI) Mr. Richard Y.H. Lim.
The parties discussed a wide range of opportunities for developing cooperation in the field of industry, trade, infrastructure and services.
At the same time, during the meeting the President of Federation of Sabah Industries as co-organiser of the Sabah International Expo 2023 (SIE2023) and Sabah International Business Talk 2023 (SIBLT2023) which will be held in September 2023 invited Tajikistan’s stakeholders to take an active part in the events.
In his turn the Ambassador invited members of Federation of Sabah Industries to participate at the International Universal Exhibition-Fair “Tajikistan-2023” to be held on May 4-7, 2023 in Dushanbe.
Both sides, expressed their willingness to strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation and to encourage contacts between relevant authorities for further enhancement of cooperation.
