On July 14, 2022 Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Malaysia, Republic of Indonesia, Kingdom of Thailand and the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Tajikistan to UNESCAP with residence in Kuala Lumpur Mr. Ardasher Qodiri met with the Chief Executive Officer for AirAsia X Berhad Mr. Benyamin Ismail.

During the meeting, the sides discussed the possibilities of opening flights between Tajikistan and Malaysia and also they exchanged views on prospects and opportunities for the development of bilateral relations.

Both sides expressed their willingness to strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries in the future.
