On July 8, 2022 Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Malaysia, Republic of Indonesia, Kingdom of Thailand and the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Tajikistan to UNESCAP with residence in Kuala Lumpur Mr. Ardasher Qodiri met with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of Tajikistan with residence in Kazakhstan Mr. Chatchawan Sakornsin.
During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the current state and prospects for the development of bilateral relations between Tajikistan and Thailand paying special attention to strengthening cooperation on trade, economic and investment, culture and education spheres.
At the same time, Ambassador Mr. A. Qodiri proposed to organize political consultations, as well as cultural week on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Tajikistan and Thailand.
At the end of the meeting, the sides expressed their readiness for further development and strengthening of mutual cooperation between the two countries.
