Exchange of congratulatory telegrams between the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the King of Malaysia

Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, and the King of Malaysia, Al-Sultan Abdullah Riˈayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah ibni Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Mustaˈin Billah, exchanged congratulatory telegrams on the occasion of the 30th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

The congratulatory telegram of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to the King of Malaysia reads as follows:
“Your Majesty,

Kindly accept my sincere congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of the 30th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Tajikistan and Malaysia.
The current positive process of friendly relations and mutually beneficial cooperation between our two countries gives much hope for the prospect of consistent joint efforts in further developments.
We are ready to continue regular political dialogue between our countries, including at the highest level, in order to achieve constructive goals as well as to further develop comprehensive cooperation in the interests of the peoples of both countries.
I am confident that the gradual expansion of comprehensive ties between Tajikistan and Malaysia, together with the enrichment of the depth and breadth of these ties towards new practical achievements, will lead to positive results.
On this joyful and momentous occasion, I wish Your Majesty good health, happiness and every success, and to the friendly people of Malaysia peace, stability and prosperity.”

The congratulatory telegram from the King of Malaysia to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan reads in particular:
“Your Excellency,
The Raja Permaisuri Agong joins Us in extending Our heartiest congratulations and felicitations to Your Excellency on the momentous occasion of the 30th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between Malaysia and Tajikistan.
Malaysia values the excellent state of relations between our two countries. We are confident that this relationship will be further strengthened and enhanced for the mutual benefit of our two nations and peoples.
We take this opportunity to convey Our best wishes for Your Excellency’s good health and well-being, and the people of the Republic of Tajikistan the continued peace, progress and prosperity.”
