On 18 June, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Mr. Emomali Rahmon, sent a congratulatory message to the Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, His Excellency Mr. Shehbaz Sharif, which reads as follows:

With great respect, I sincerely congratulate you on your effective mediating role in achieving the peace agreement between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran.

We highly appreciate your tireless efforts and strong determination in resolving this sensitive issue. The agreements reached in this regard will undoubtedly be of key importance for ensuring comprehensive peace in the Middle East, strengthening the international security system, and promoting sustainable economic and social development at the global level, while also creating a solid foundation for new peace-oriented initiatives in this sphere.

The Republic of Tajikistan, as a peace-loving country and a supporter of resolving all disputes and conflicts through negotiations and dialogue, wholeheartedly welcomes this significant diplomatic achievement.
