On February 21, 2022 H.E. Mr. Ardasher Qodiri Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Malaysia during his working visit to Johor has participated in the opening ceremony of the new branch of MICCI in Johor Baru.

Ambassador while meeting with Ms. Christina Tee president of MICCI and the respective members introduced the possibilities of cooperation between representatives of the private sector of Tajikistan and Malaysia as well as shared information about the investment climate of Tajikistan with members of MICCI.

Ambassador underlined the incentives which are introduced by the Government of Tajikistan for foreign investors, especially in the industrial sphere and invited the members of MICCI to visit Tajikistan.

During the trip, Ambassador will visit the industrial park and other entities of Johor Baru to discuss the ways of establishing collaboration of Malaysian companies with Tajikistan’s stakeholders.
