The national boxing team of the Republic of Tajikistan demonstrated outstanding results at the Asian Championship, held from November 28 to December 12, 2024, in Thailand. Tajik athletes won five medals, showcasing their high level of athletic preparation and the competitiveness of Tajik boxing on the Asian stage.
A gold medal was secured by Akmal Ubaidov, who, with exceptional skill and determination, successfully overcame all stages of the competition and became the Asian champion.
A silver medal was won by Parviz Karimov, who captivated the audience with his steadfast spirit and impressive performance in the decisive matches.
Bronze medals were claimed by the pride of Tajik boxing, Shahob Shukurov, Ahmadjon Saidov, and Shukhrat Salomatov.
