The Yang di-Pertuan Agong XVI, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah Ibni Almarhum Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta’in Billah sends a message of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, on the Independence Day of the Republic of Tajikistan.
