On February 26, 2020 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Malaysia H.E. Ardasher Qodiri has met with Undersecretary of Multilateral Economics and Environment Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia Ms. Haznah Binti MD Hashim.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the process of bilateral relations between the two countries within the framework of international organizations and stressed the importance of international initiatives of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of water.
At the same time, it was hoped that the Malaysian side would participate at the highest possible level and have a significant presence at the Second High-Level International Conference on the International Decade for Action “Water for Sustainable Development, 2018-2028”, which is scheduled to be held on June 18-20, 2020 in Dushanbe.
