On December 20, 2019 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan in Malaysia Ardasher Qodiri has met with the first Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Malaysian Investment Development Authority Mr. Arham Abdul Rahman.

During the meeting the sides discussed the issues of Tajik-Malaysian cooperation in the field of economy and investment. The parties also discussed the exchange of experience between the authorities of the two countries and the holding of short-term courses for Tajik specialists within the framework of the Malaysian technical cooperation program, as well as the need to sign a Memorandum of understanding between this structure and the competent authorities of Tajikistan in the field of investment.
