On 29 April 2024, His Excellency Ardasher Qodiri, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan, met with Mr. Basuki Hadimuljono, the Minister of Public Works and Housing of the Republic of Indonesia. During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state of bilateral relations between Tajikistan and Indonesia, as well as upcoming events in the sphere of water diplomacy.

The main focus of the meeting was on the 10th World Water Forum, scheduled for 18-25 May 2024 in Bali, Indonesia, and the Third High-Level International Conference on the International Decade for Action “Water for Sustainable Development 2018-2028,” set for 10-13 June 2024 in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.

The meeting proceeded in a spirit of cooperation and mutual understanding.
