Your Excellency,
It gives Us great pleasure to extend Our heartfelt congratulations to Your Excellency and the people of the Republic of Tajikistan on this auspicious occasion of the 28th Anniversary of Independence Day of the Republic of Tajikistan.
We would like to express Our confidence in the nation’s progress and further success under your wise and visionary leadership.
We pray to Allah Almighty to shower His blessing upon Your Excellency with good health and well-being as well as upon the people of Tajikistan with continuous prosperity, peace and happiness.
