On 4 March 2025, His Excellency Ardasher Qodiri, Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand, met with His Excellency Sugiono, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.

During the meeting, both sides discussed the current state of bilateral relations and explored opportunities to further enhance collaboration. Special emphasis was placed on strengthening economic ties between the two countries. The discussions were held in an atmosphere of cooperation and mutual understanding.
