On 7 August 2025, HE Ardasher Qodiri, Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Malaysia, the Republic of Indonesia, Kingdom of Thailand and Permanent Representative to UNESCAP met with Her Excellency Retno L.P. Marsudi, United Nations Secretary-General’s Special Envoy on Water.
The two sides discussed ongoing cooperation in the field of water and exchanged views on future plans related to international water-related events.
