On 26 March 2025, H.E. Ardasher Qodiri, Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Malaysia, met with Dato’ Anis Rizana Mohd Zainudin, Director-General of the Royal Malaysian Customs Department. The meeting focused on enhancing bilateral cooperation in the customs sector, including efforts to strengthen the legal framework through a proposed agreement on mutual assistance. Both sides also discussed the exchange of expertise and the possibility of organizing joint training programs.
