On 8 December 2025, HE Ardasher Qodiri, Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Malaysia, participated in the Global Muslim Business Forum (GMBF) 2025. Over recent years, GMBF has evolved into a key international platform for fostering strategic engagement and strengthening economic cooperation across the global Muslim business community. The 2025 GMBF attracted high-level participation from a wide range of Muslim countries, underscoring its growing international profile and convening power.
At he session on Islamic Tourism and Hospitality, the Ambassador delivered a speech and presentation on Islamic Tourism in Tajikistan, emphasizing the country’s rich historical heritage and the Tajik nation’s enduring contribution to the development of Islamic civilization. The event further enabled targeted outreach to institutional stakeholders and industry representatives, thereby creating an effective avenue to promote Tajikistan’s tourism potential and highlight emerging cooperation opportunities in this sector.
