On May 19, 2021, the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon has warmly welcomed the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Qosim-Jomart Tokayev, who arrived in Dushanbe International Airport, Tajikistan on an official visit.
In welcoming the high ranking guest, the Head of the friendly Republic of Kazakhstan, the square of the Dushanbe International Airport was festively decorated with the national slogans and national flags of Tajikistan and Kazakhstan.
Also, a large number of young people and teenagers of the country welcomed the distinguished guest with flowers and flags of the two friendly countries and with the hymns of the friendship of peoples.
During the special meeting between the heads of states, President Emomali Rahmon welcomed the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Qosim-Jomart Tokayev to Tajikistan.
It was expressed confidence that the results of the official visit will contribute to the strengthening and expansion of cooperation, friendly relations and strategic partnership between the two countries.
