President Emomali Rahmon attended the opening of the reconstructed and renovated building of the Kokhi Vahdat State Institution in Dushanbe and met with city officials and that of law enforcement agencies.
The meeting focused on the upcoming celebration of the 30th anniversary of independence, as well as energy use efficiency, adherence to anti-COVID-19 measures, and landscaping of public spaces.
The newly renovated Kokhi Vahdat with a capacity to hold 1,000 persons and nine conference rooms with a capacity of 50 to 200 seats is now suited to hold international events of any format with delegated spacing for media representatives.
President Rahmon was accompanied by the Speaker of the National Assembly, Mayor of Dushanbe Rustam Emomali and Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive office.
