On August 22, 2019 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Malaysia H.E. Ardasher Qodiri has met with the Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture of Malaysia H.E Datuk Mohamaddin Bin Ketapi.
During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the current state of bilateral relations and the development of mutually beneficial ties, prospects for development of cooperation between the respective authorities of Tajikistan and Malaysia, and also discussed the possible visit of the Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture of Malaysia to Tajikistan.
In addition, H.E Datuk Mohamaddin Bin Ketapi mentioned that the draft of the Agreement between the Committee of the Tourism Development under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture of Malaysia in the field of tourism is accepted and under consideration. In the nearest time, the decision of Malaysian side will be announced officially.
