
On May 29, 2025, the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan, H.E. Hokim Kholiqzoda, met with the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, H.E. Arrmanatha Nasir.
During the meeting, it was emphasized that Tajikistan views Indonesia as an important partner in the Southeast Asian region and is interested in strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation with the country.
It was noted that bilateral relations between Tajikistan and Indonesia in areas such as politics, economy, technology and science, education, tourism, trade, counter-terrorism, and others are governed by 13 bilateral legal instruments.
The meeting also addressed prospects for enhancing bilateral cooperation in trade, economy, investment, and logistics.
