On December 9, 2022, the Prime-Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan His Excellency Qohir Rasulzoda sent a message of congratulations to the Prime-Minister of Malaysia His Excellency Dato’ Seri Anwar bin Ibrahim on the occasion of his appointment as the Prime-Minister of Malaysia, which reads:
