On September 8, 2020, the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah has sent a message of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan His Excellency Emomali Rahmon on the occasion of Independence Day of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The message reads, in particular:
