On October 31, 2020, the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah has sent a message of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan His Excellency Emomali Rahmon on his re-election.
