Short Overview 

A seasoned diplomat with over 30 years of experience in international relations, H.E. Ardasher Qodiri has spent almost 20 years advancing Tajikistan’s foreign relations across the Middle East, the Asia-Pacific, and on international platforms. During the existence of Soviet Union, he was sent to Sanaa University in Yemen for postgraduate studies in the Arabic language. During his time in Yemen, he was enlisted to work at the Soviet (later Russian) Trade Mission, where he handled various responsibilities, including facilitating cooperation with Arab companies.

Afterward, H.E. Qodiri moved to the UAE, where he worked in the private sector until he was invited by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan to join their ranks. Since 2006, he has played a pivotal role in revitalizing and expanding Tajikistan’s bilateral relations with numerous countries, including reviving dormant diplomatic ties with several foreign nations.

He has represented Tajikistan as both a delegate and head of delegation at numerous high-level international conferences and forums. Additionally, H.E. Qodiri has served as a delegate and the head of delegation of the advance team during multiple official visits by the President and Prime Minister of Tajikistan to foreign states.
