On 7 March 2025, H.E. Ardasher Qodiri, Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan, met with Mr. Anton Herdianto, Managing Director of Eximbank Indonesia. Also participating in the meeting were Mr. Anwar Harsono, Chief of Finance, Treasury&Strategy and Ms. Maqin Norhadi, Acting Managing Director for Business Development.

During the meeting, both sides discussed enhancing trade and investment cooperation between Tajikistan and Indonesia. They explored strategies to enhance bilateral trade, streamline the export of goods between Indonesia and Tajikistan, and overcome logistical challenges.

To advance these efforts, the parties agreed to explore the establishment of a financial cooperation framework to support trade and investment between the two countries.
